Home to 27 pieces - 25 of which were created by artists from six different countries at the International Sculpture Symposium held in Liberty Hill, Texas, in 1976. The symposium project won the town of Liberty Hill the first Texas Arts Award in 1977 for a city with a population under 100,000.
The park is the only recorded site of an International Sculpture Park on school grounds, with pieces resting partially on site at Louine Noble Elementary School and partially in Lion's Foundation Park, with a clear walking trail between the pieces.
