To pay tribute to Woodrow Wilson Guthrie (Woody Guthrie) for his remarkable contributions in the field of folk music, literature and art, and educate visitors about his positive message as well as his dedication to human rights and economic equality; Promote tourism to Pampa, Texas by maintaining and improving the Historical site of the old Harris Drug Store at 320 S.
