    To utilize the restoration of Recorded Texas Historic Landmark 3440 as a springboard to teach sustainable living practices in two specific areas: (1) sustainable construction methodologies through lime plaster construction, which is made from fermented cactus juice; and (2) sustainable food supplies through our farm-to-table organic market and (in planning) educational farm.
